Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your Clued player data at any time.
What Can Be Deleted
A deletion request can cover your player profile, notification email, push notification tokens, device links, league memberships, submissions, comments, reactions, and preferences.
How To Request Deletion
If you can access your Clued profile, open Settings and choose Delete Profile to delete your profile directly in the app.
Email clued@adam-goodman.com from the email address connected to your profile if you have one. If you do not have an email on your profile, include your nickname, league names, and any details that help identify the profile.
Deletion requests are reviewed manually so the correct profile is removed and another player's data is not deleted by mistake.
After Deletion
Some limited records may remain temporarily in backups or logs until they expire. Clued may also retain minimal information when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute handling.
